This is a romantic print of an Art Deco style man and woman gazing at each other. They are under a decorative parasol. I have not examined this outside of the frame, but did find it on the internet. It is signed in the plate at the lower left by the American artist Neysa McMein (1888-1949). She was a magazine and advertising illustrator. This image was used as advertising for Woodbury Facial Soap from Jergens, and was called "A Skin You Love to Touch."
It is in a plain black wood frame. It has glass, a cardboard backing, with a wire for hanging.
