This bowl measures 14 inches across from outside edge to outside edge. It is approx. 2 inches deep. The rim is 3/4's of an inch.
The hammer has a steel head which is 1 and 1/2 inches long and is just under 1 inch where it strikes.
The myrtlewood handle is 7 inches long.
The squirrel stands just over 2 inches high.
This hand turned Oregon Myrtlewood bowl has gorgeous patina. Long, loving use of this nut bowl is evident but it is still beautiful and solid. No gouges or dents. It is of the old myrtlewood pieces that are more sought after these days.
