This is a pair of collectible American Revolution commemorative plates made by D'Arceau Limoges in the mid 1970's.
The first plate is numbered 385 in the series and depicts Washington and Lafayette at the City Tavern In Philadelphia.
The second plate is numbered 541 and depicts Lafayette at the Battle of Brandywine.
Both plates are 8 and 1/2 inches in diameter and are in excellent shape but do not come with the box or certificate.
